Close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and public transport (General Osorio metro station in front). 1 parking space available.

On the balcony, there is a table with 4 chairs, a hammock to relax and a comfortable chair to enjoy the spectacular view of the sea of Ipanema and the green of Praça General Osório.
In the living room, you have a comfortable double sofa bed, SmartTV, black-out curtain, dining table with 4 chairs and air conditioning.
The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, a single bed, 2 small racks with hangers for hanging clothes, a curtain, a laptop table with a chair and air conditioning.
Kitchen with duplex refrigerator, 5-burner stove and oven, microwave, a laundry sink, as well as basic cooking utensils.

The communication with the agency was easy, friendly, and helpful. The staff of the hotel was very kind and attentive. The apartment is wonderful! It is clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The balcony with ocean view and view to the park is fantastic. We enjoyed our holidays very much and hope to come back soon.

This is my second time staying at this lovely apartment. Not only does it offer everything you could imagine, but its blocks from the beach, there are restaurants, pharmacies as well as the metro station steps outside of the door, and there is an awesome farmers market located directly across the street.

I had an absolute amazing experience staying at this property. Carmen greeted me as soon as I arrived to give me the key and to tour the apartment as well as building amenities. The location is less than a five minute walk the beach, the apartment was clean and updated, and there were numerous restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores steps away from the apartment. 5 stars across the board!
