About this house rental
NEW pickle ball court!! Lovely home in mint condition on almost an acre of property over looking the river! High ceilings and a wonderful floor plan along with brand new furnishings make this the perfect place to enjoy all our area has to offer. Located right down from the Edgewater park and boat launch. Bring your toys because there is plenty of parking. Across the street is a wooded lot with fabulous view of the river and awesome river breeze to enjoy while you are sitting in the screened lanai between the home and the pool. The owner would entertain a 6 months to 1 year lease or rent it monthly. See all the pictures for plenty of details.Bring your suit case and have all the amenities you could possibly need. A home office for remote work. 10 minute drive to the beach. 45 minutes to national seashore. Exterior ring camera at front door.

This property was outstanding in every way. We loved it from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Our stay was almost three months, and this house felt like home.
We had a problem with the garbage disposal and it was repaired in a couple of days.
The pool was perfect. There are a couple places in the birdcage screening that should be repaired, but the bugs stayed on the outside, while we enjoyed the inside.
The house was spotless when we arrived and it’s very easy to keep clean. Our only issue was with the BBQ. We did not use it because it needs some cleaning. I think the Florida air caused some rusting of the grills. It’s a large grill and smoker…more than we needed or I could have prepped it for use very easily. Not really a problem at all. We enjoyed frequenting the wonderful local restaurants in Edgewater and New Smyrna.
The location is magnificent. Breezes from the inter-coastal water way, cooled
us on even the hottest of days. We stayed until May 15 when the temps were rising into high 80’s and 90’s. We rode our bikes everyday, often to the beach which is a few miles away. But an easy and enjoyable ride.
I can’t say enough good things about the property. My only disappointment is that we can’t return next year.
