Gentilizza ed ospitalità!

Sono stata 3 giorni con mia madre, siamo originari di Casteltermini dopo tanto tempo siamo ritornati al paese , la struttura è un appartamento indipendente piano terra con parcheggio privato giardino e corte con 2 stanze da letto cucina e soggiorno , la signora molto socievole e simpatica ci ha messo a proprio agio , complimenti !!!

Struttura pulitissima e personale disponibile

The host was very helpful. She was very quick to respond to any queries and was always happy to come round if needed. Also, the view from the accommodation is simply stunning. Absolutely beautiful. It is also a very quiet place (unless there are other guests, in which case it depends on the guests). There are sun loungers outside to relax and fully enjoy the view. There are also native fruit trees in the garden, which is lovely. There are basics for cooking provided such as salt, oil etc, which is not always the case in these properties. Although the property is in such a quiet and tranquil place, it is only about five minutes from Casteltermini, which is a small town with supermarkets and shops. The apartment was clean and very spacious both inside and outside.

BEWARE! Despite the description of the property as "Entire Holiday Home", this is NOT the case. The description is misleading. The property is a bungalow, split into two apartments and the outside is shared. There is an area with a table and chairs for each apartment. However, if the other apartment is occupied, you will not be alone at this property or using the outside space. Unless you are lucky and the other apartment is empty. Also, be aware that the road leading to the property is hazardous. It is subsiding in places and very broken in others, with deep pot holes and ridges. Having a small car, it is very hard to negotiate and we cannot imagine how one would drive on it while it is raining and the visibility is diminished. It is very dangerous. There is no sofa in the apartment, so if you want to relax, you have to sit on the dining chairs, two of which are partially broken as the metal supporting the front legs is bent, causing you to feel like you are about to fall forward. Also, be aware to always have the key on you, even when relaxing outside as the door can swing shut, locking you out as there is no handle on the outside. This happened to us, however the owner was very quick to respond and sorted it out for us by the time we came back in the evening. The "breakfast" is a cupboard full of long life, mostly very sugary snacks. No fresh or proper food.
