Villa Albaluisa

I booked the accommodation less than 24 hours before arrival and paid at the time of booking, mainly based on the overall rating. Afterwards, I read through the reviews and noticed they were quite mixed, with roughly half being positive and half negative. Many guests mentioned problems with the air conditioning, which made me a little worried as the weather was extremely hot and humid. However, the air conditioning in our apartment worked perfectly, so perhaps this varies between apartments and we were lucky. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was very nice and also kept clean. The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to the amusement park. It was also very family-friendly and a great location when travelling with children. There were not many utensils or cooking equipment in the kitchen, but as we ate at restaurants during our stay, this wasn’t an issue for us.

One thing we found quite unusual was that guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves before departure. Check-out is between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., which feels very early, especially when you also have to clean the apartment before leaving. I even had to buy cleaning spray and a cloth myself in order to clean properly. Also had to buy toilettpaper. We were also required to pay a €150 cash deposit before receiving the keys. I had not realised this when booking, and it caused some inconvenience as I wasn’t carrying that much cash with me. It would be helpful if this requirement was made very clear to guests before arrival.

Sehr schöne, weiße Einrichtung und top ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist ideal – Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Besondere Erwähnung verdient der sehr freundliche Hausmeister, der sofort zur Stelle war und geholfen hat, als der Duschschlauch undicht war. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein bisschen das es kein Wlan gab.. Aber für uns nicht allzu schlimm

La posizione e la piscina

Il climatizzatore aveva un temporizzatore che si spegneva ogni ora e mezza, quindi di notte ti dovevi svegliare a riaccenderlo, non mi è piaciuto per niente, se l'avessi saputo non avrei prenotato, invece di vacanza era uno stress.
