*I didn't like bathing time , the kids also, the bathrooms need renovations ,the water on the bath doesn't flow easily out. *On the 21 December it was raining and the water was coming through the window on the main bedroom and the room next to it . *We stayed for 6 days with no broom to just sweep the sand and dirt. *It can also help to get something to wash the bath with ,more especially for those staying more days.

Everything, wonderful set-up from bedrooms to balconies and kitchen.

104 is excellent for a family so I think of booking again for June 2026.

The view was amazing. The flat was tidy and spacious. Rooms are of a decent size. Great location. A short walk/drive to the beach.

The main bedroom bed was terribly uncomfortable. The curtains on the verandah were dirty. The ceiling in the walk-in robe has (or had) a leak... it is mouldy, and buckets of dirty water were left just there. Thicker curtains/blinds are needed in the walk-in robe to block out the lights from the passageway outside. The bath mats were dirty. The first flat on the bottom floor closest to the gate... not clean externally...animal faeces littering the doorway, which is very visible when you walk past (not ideal in a place where no pets are allowed and where there is a cleaner cleaning outside).
