Seapoint Unit 14 32 Victoria Tce Kings Beach

Stayed there for 9 days. Cozy beach vibes with the ocean right in front — quiet, relaxing, and pleasant overall. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen, which was especially helpful since my mom has dietary restrictions and cannot eat outside food. The 2-bedroom setup was perfect for our family. They also had parking facilities available, which made our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and water provided on arrival — a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again if needed. A couple of things to note: there is no lift access to the apartment, so carrying luggage can be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the kettle was burnt and unusable during our stay.

The location was excellent, unit was a perfect size for a family of 4, pool facility was great.

More attention to cleaning - fans were filthy & the fan in the main bedroom isn’t working properly. Remote batteries were dead for TV and fan

Great location. Light and airy. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room.

We were on 3rd floor, there were 4 flights of stairs and no lift.

Beautiful location, great view and comfortable unit.

Just need some sound deadening on the blinds, when the windows were open the aluminum bottom on the blind would hit the window frame, some sticky backed rubber d mold would fix it.
