Apartamento Premium con Jacuzzi y vistas al mar en Punta Prima, Torrevieja by Rentalole

How spacious, clean, comfortable and very modern it was! It was like home from home. Having a dining table inside and outside and 2 balcony’s to choose from was fantastic! And the building was so secure.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this property it was amazing! X

Nice and spacious apartment. Very clean with lots of storage. Beautiful sea views and balcony areas. We enjoyed the NYE fire works from the balconies and it was fab. OurChildren loved the outdoor heated pool even in December. I was slightly confused about check after I uploaded all our details onto the portal link I got directions of how to enter. First step is to ring and I was expecting someone to meet us with keys so I called an hour in advance which confused things as I don’t have great Spanish and the person I spoke to didn’t have great English but we got there in the end 😂 I didn’t realise they can a give you access remotely so just ring when you are at the first gate and they buzz you in and then they buzz you into the complex door and remotely open the door to the apartment for you and keys are inside- it’s a very modern secure setup.

Nothing to do with the property itself but the neighbour who I assume was an owner occupier and doesn’t like this apartment being rented out stopped my parents when they were leaving the apartment to enquire how many people were staying in the apartment. My parents who are in their 70’s were anxious as when they told him there was 6 of us ;he said we have one person too many and this wasn’t allowed (this is completely untrue) This neighbour had no business of questioning us like this, he was just a nosey person with nothing better to do. He blared his music for two days straight which didn’t bother us at all as once you closed the balcony door and front door you couldn’t hear a sound. To be clear our group of 6 was made up of myself, husband, my parents and our two children aged 3years and 9years. We stayed here comfortably as there was 2double rooms and a twin room. No fire issue as he claimed it was.

L’emplacement géographique est très bien et l’appartement était très bien meublé et cuisine bien équipée. Les piscines au niveau de la résidence sont très bien.

Keys were in the apartment. But luckily my sister was renting in the same apartment block otherwise I have absolutely no idea how they expect you to get in the building. A very strange electronic lock to the actual apartment door .

Hosts not interested in problems. Say they're hours away so won't come out. Ignore calls and messages. We had a serious health and safety issue and this was ignored. The balcony door when we arrived was open and we couldn't shut it. I think it was off its hinges. I explained to the letting agent that we had two toddlers and this was a top floor apartment so absolutely terrifying to think what could happen. We had to live the whole week with this door open. They didn't care .
