Children under 6 years old must not use the upper bunk under any circumstances.
Maximum weight capacity is 110 lbs MAX on top bunks. Do not exceed this limit
Always use the ladder to get on and off the upper bunk. Never jump or climb the frame.
One person per bunk at a time — no exceptions.
No jumping, roughhousing, or rough play on or around the bunk bed.
Children using the upper bunk must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
If you notice any damage, loose hardware, or safety concerns, stop use immediately and notify the host.

Fantastic stay! Family of 4 with two teenage boys. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The outdoor pool area was where we spent our most time. Great grill and bar area. Outside TV was a plus during March Madness. Plenty of pool seating and pool/beach towels. Great temperature for pool & hot tub. The host provided access to two kayaks and we used them. No issues with Wi-Fi. All smart TVs. My wife and I walked in the neighborhood everyday. Couple coffee shops within a short walk.The ocean and several beach options are just a short drive away. I’d rent this location again without hesitation. Thank you!

The house was amazing and a 10/10 experience. It was well equipped with anything we needed and the owners were so helpful and easy to get in touch with.

We had a great stay with our family here over winter break. The house was clean and set up for our needs when we arrived. The host was super communicative and responsive to any requests. The outdoor heated pool area overlooking the river is the gem of the home. That was where we spent most of our time and was a beautiful place to escape to! In addition, the house is walkable to places, including an awesome local coffee/breakfast spot. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very relaxing getaway. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was amazing! Communication with property management was always speedy and very helpful.
