About this apartment rental
The "Lilla Lina" is based at the Burgtiefe Marina.
It’s securely moored there, so you don’t need a boating license.
From the rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the water—you can’t get any closer to the water than this.
Arrive, relax, and feel right at home!
A special highlight:
If you have a BFS Lake license, you’re welcome to rent our 100 PS Jeannot Cap Camarat motorboat, the Bella-Luna, which we rent out to our houseboat guests and which is moored at the neighboring dock.
The interior, measuring approximately 35 m², offers a surprising amount of space. The living/dining area features a cozy seating area and a dining area with a great view. Adjacent to this is an open kitchen area with a modern built-in kitchen. At the rear of the boat are a restroom and a separate shower/washroom, as well as two bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for four.
Outside, there are seating areas on the “aft deck” and the 36 m² rooftop terrace with a 360° panoramic view. Here you can relax in a beach chair sheltered from the wind or sunbathe on the loungers.
The marina features, among other things, a restaurant and a small shop where you can buy bread rolls and newspapers.
The beautiful South Beach is about an 8-minute walk away. Here you’ll find more restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the FehMare seawater and sauna spa.
Of course, you can take advantage of all the water sports activities right around the corner, and a bike rental shop is also nearby.
An electric car charging station is a 5-minute walk away.
