About this house rental
Located just steps from the heart of Stowe village you will find this thoughtfully designed loft style townhome. Walk to the village for shopping, dinner, ski shuttle, bike path access just to name a few ideas. This stand alone unit is equipped with a private one car attached garage to store skis, bikes and extra gear.
Our townhome was built in 2016 with energy star ratings and redecorated in the fall of 2021 with all new furnishings focusing on soft, warm, neutral accents to create a peaceful setting to rest and enjoy. Enter through the main door or through your private attached one car garage equipped with ski and bike racks. The entryway at the base of the stairs offers a small bench with room to store shoes and hooks to hang a few coats upon arrival. At the top of the beautiful staircase there is a half guest bathroom as well as a large custom coat closet equipped with built in shelves and drawers providing plenty of extra storage. Nine foot ceilings, expansive windows and the contemporary open living concept offer a bright, airy space to relish in after a long day of adventure. Cozy up to the gas Jotul stove on the brand new L shaped sleeper sofa to watch a movie or grab a book and snuggle up on the oversized faux fur covered bean bag chair for complete relaxation and comfort. Outfitted with HD TV, DVR, premium stations and sound bar you can connect and watch or listen with ease. Two remote controlled mini splits keep the room temperatures comfortable all year round supplying heat and air conditioning. The well lit galley style kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. Enjoy granite countertops and commercial grade Kitchen Aide stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave and dishwasher as well as a gourmet Keurig coffee maker with frother. Plenty of extra storage in the walk in pantry with a built in wine rack and soft close drawers. Extra guests will sleep well on the new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress finished with 500 thread count cotton sheets and bedding. Gather at the oversized farm table for meals, games or a puzzle and create lasting memories.
The queen bed in the master is complemented with luxury 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and white eucalyptus fabric cloud down comforter. A small desk with a clock, lamp and wireless charging station doubles as a nightstand or a quiet workspace with room for a laptop and notebook. No need for a dresser with the large closet finished with all the custom shelves, hangers and drawers needed to unpack and stay organized during your stay.
The adjoining master bathroom has creamy white tile floors with a shower and soaking tub. The vanity is complimented with a make up mirror and makeup towels as well as numerous drawers for your toiletries. The extra closet in the bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer and on demand hot water heater complete this space.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We arrived in a snowstorm and were able to get into the unit a bit early so we could get our car in the garage.

This was a great location for our first visit to Stowe! Ample space for our family and a clean, well decorated condo. The attached garage was clutch. It made things so much easier especially when we headed to the mountain early in the AM. The property is newer and modern but still cozy. Several places on the main street of Stowe are walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was especially helpful for our family. It meant we didn't have to bring as much clothing as we would have had we stayed in a hotel. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The place was well insulated and stayed warm. The hostess was responsive and easily reached. Mudroom area next to the garage by the entrance on the first floor allowed for the wet and dirt to stay away from the main living space. Great vacation! Highly recommend!

Adorable, very clean and updated home! Had everything we needed and the bed and couch were very comfortable. It was a little further from the main part of town than I expected but still not a bad walk of about 10-15 min. Highly recommend!
