This elevated first floor unit has an open floor plan to easily entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook family meals or whip up some adult beverages. New white quartz countertops and bar area for extra eating space. The living area has a small dining space along with 4 barstools for extra seating. There is a brand new (2024) queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HD TV with HD cable channels in the living room. The oversized balcony gives you pleasing gulf views while you enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail after a day at the beach. The balcony also overlooks the community pool which boasts 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool and the main pool that is heated year round.
The bedroom includes a brand new queen size bed, 32" HD Tv and a spacious closet area. There are two twin bunk beds in the hallway to complement the bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa to easily sleep 6 people in this condo.
This popular location is close to many popular area attractions including; Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Historic Pleasure Pier and Nasa Space Center (about 30 miles away) along with many restaurants, bars and entertainment. Amazing property! The location was fantastic. The large balcony overlooked the kiddie pool and also had a view of the beach. The unit itself was so clean and had plenty of space for two adults and our 4 and 6 year olds. We will definitely stay here again!

The room had everything we needed, it was a secluded part of the beach, close to town but far enough away to be separated from the busy crowds, and the space was beautiful and well kept! So thankful we could make memories here. 10/10.

We are frequent renters at Seascape and have to say so far this is the best and cleanest condo we have rented there so far. There have been recent updates and it shows. Host was super communicative and that always helps and puts your mind at ease when traveling. Felt very safe at property, no issues with parking, love being able to step out and walk the beach without having to drive somewhere else, or run across the road. Thanks for sharing you spot with us!
