Updated, clean, spacious and cozy Ventnor Beach Home ,10-15 minute walk to beach

Beautiful beach oasis that sleeps 12. This 5 bedroom (plus bonus room) 2.5 bath home is Located in a very quite neighborhood in Ventnor heights , 5 blocks from beach (about a 10-15 minute walk , 5 minute bike ride 2 minute drive ) 1 block from playground , Baseball fields and boathouse nearby. Easy walk to CVS, pizza shop, restaurants and ice cream . Master bedroom features king size memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and very large walk in shower. 2nd bedroom features 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. And 4th bedroom is off of the bonus room and has 2 twin size beds.Bonus room features sectional sofa , lignt up air hockey table and wall mounted tv. And tons of games for kids and families to play. 5th bedroom is on main level of house and is an office/bedroom with queen size bed, desk and tv. powder room is next to the bedroom. . A Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen seats 10 or more people and is fully stocked including dual coffee pot/single cup coffee maker . Gas grill out on back deck. Living room features 2 sofas and 2 power recliners with usb charging ports. This Rental includes use of beach chairs , beach wagon, boogie boards etc. NO Linens provided unless worked out with landlord prior. Recommend beinging own sheets and bath towels or renting from local linen company. Some Beach towels will be provided.
For babies and small children : pack n play with sheets, baby tub provided

*TVs : all are smart TVs , no “traditional cable“
however all the TVs have access to every channel thru ROKU . You may use our Verizon account to access channels if you don’t have a cable provider of your own. Netflix is provided.

Great, cozy house! The house was set up to feel like a home and not a rental, which made our stay very comfortable. While we did not need to utilize all 5 bedrooms, it was nice to have the options. The house was just as advertised, with good amenities such as beach gear, a large fridge and freezer, smart TV's, and while we didn’t take advantage of the grill, it was nice to know the option was there. The kitchen had all the supplies one would need to cook or make coffee and the hosts even had welcome soft drinks and snacks for us.

The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and was easy to access with the keyless entry. The house is set up with multiple outside seating areas which made for the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to sit back and relax and read a book.

The location is great, and we took advantage of walking to get ice cream at custards. The house is located on a quiet street, which made for great walks every night, and is located in a friendly neighborhood.

The hosts are great and very responsive, whenever we had a question, they were quick to reply and always offered to help in any way possible.

We look forward to booking the house again and taking advantage of the outdoor shower during our next stay as it was not yet built.
