The apartment is centrally located and offers easy access to the city center (about a 5-minute walk). The building has a private garden where you can park your car and/or have a barbecue. The apartment has one balcony facing the front of the building and another facing the back. It also has air conditioning in all main areas—bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

Our stay at Pedro's was amazing. The listing is just as pictured. All 3 bedrooms were good size and the bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for my toddlers. Definitely kid friendly with Netflix available on the TV. The kitchen had plenty to get us started and was a good size. The washer also worked well and any amenities we needed to start with were there. Pedro gave us plenty of information and clear instructions on how to check in and out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet no issues there. Pedro also checked in on quite often which was nice and made us feel really welcomed. Would recommend this home to anyone who needs somewhere to stay in chaves. Thanks again so much Pedro we had a great time!!

Apartment was spotless and modern, with a great location. It’s in walking distance to the downtown area, which has many great restaurants and shopping. The host was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond for us. Will stay again in the future.
