Loveable One-Bedroom House With Air Condition

All photo's are accurate minus the driveway which now has lit covered car garage. This was an exceptional especially the 1st 3 days was continues rain. I enjoyed my 11 day stay and I found this a great upgrade when compared with places on the Ironshore side and other West Village sites. This is a clean, well stocked home and not an apartment within a home. Towels, tissue paper, liquid and bar soap, all kitchen utensils, cookware that one needs are provided. Modern Kitchen, bathroom, bathroom with perfect plumbing and no drain backup. You will appreciate the modern bath shower heads with hot water. I would describe the fridge, washer dryer as great large Samsung capacity working appliances. The fridge has a water filter that blinked red. This was not an issue for me since I now buy distilled water in Jamaica. I could find 99% of the items listed under Amenities. There are 3 large screen tv’s, 2 55 inch in bedrooms, very comfortable beds and 65 or 75 tv in living room. More that adequate and well positioned air conditioners in living/dining room and in each bedroom. "Comparable" apartments only had AC in bedroom and I did not have to get fan to properly disperse cool air as I did with other rentals. Location is gated, has 2 gates with posted security, clear feeling of being safe, living room super comfortable with reclining leather chair, love seat and a large sofa. I got a West Village security gate key pass to enter unrestricted thru gate. I would suggest to all that is a must have versus being in a 5 to 20 car lane without a key pass. I got my USD 300 damage deposit at checkout time. Property owner check in 3 times over my stay to check up on if I had any issues with my stay. Local shopping, supermarkets, banks etc are close and a short travel time even at high traffic times. That was super important to me.
