Location was handy for central Antibes Old Town - just a stone's throw from the beach, shops and restaurants. Aircon was essential and much appreciated in the heatwave we had that week. Pretty bedrooms, everything you needed in the kitchen.

The main living area had no natural light which could feel a little claustrophobic at times then to add to that the fuse for the lights in that area kept tripping multiple times a day throughout the stay leaving us in darkness. This was pointed out on the first full day but no-one came to look at it while we were there. Just had to keep flipping the switch in the fuse box sometimes a dozen or more times in a short period. Only other issue for people to be aware of is that the toilet is on the ground floor but the shower is on the second floor. And the stairs are steep, open stairs so you need to be pretty steady on your feet to attempt to use the loo in the night. You also can't get your suitcases up the stairs so need to unpack everything downstairs then carry it up bit by bit. And vice versa when you leave so would recommend packing cubes which fortunately we had used.
