Calypso Plaza Resort Unit 429

The location, and it was a very nice unit

The only thing was that there was no where for clothes etc. All the drawers and wardrobes were full of linen and towels etc

We have used RBR properties before, so knew what to expect regarding key collection & drop off. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs. Bonus having a washer & dryer in QLD when it is humid. The facilities are great. Walking from the ocean back to the property, and having a swim in the pool (note it is a shallow pool), and a dip in the spa. Close to Woolies and other shops. Plenty of food options nearby as well. We stayed here at Calypso before, but in a studio (with a different provider). I would definitely book this apartment again, having the extra space and facilities over the studio.

No breakfast offered at the calapso, but the location was perfect on the main street across from the beach. Plenty of restaurants tp choose from.

They had a bar and little restaurant, but not open. I've been coming to the calapso for 22 yrs and they have only been open once.

This Unit had previously had some just average reviews so we were pleasantly surprised... Great unit for 2 people, it was spotlessly clean, smelt clean and fresh when we walked in... The linen was new and all matched in a beige colour, Sheets, bedspread, towels, face cloths, pool towels. Those little things make a difference... even the crockery in the kitchen was matching. Nice sunny deck overlooking the garden and pool area... King Size Bed... Perfect for a comfy sleep in the warm weather...

Nothing to complain about at all from us... Everything was great...
