The property was clean and the unit was very clean and cozy. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The only complaint was there was no starter kit that we are accustomed to… small dish washing liquid, coffee packs etc. There was powder for the dishwasher but I like to hand wash dishes throughout the stay and only run the dishwasher on the last day. Also it takes forever for the elevators. We waited for 40 minutes for an elevator when we were leaving.
