Location with sunrise view - perfect. This is not a complaint - but a suggestion if renovation plans are in the owner's future. If the back porch was screened in with a retractable pergola, that would allow guests to enjoy the outside even when it is rainy and also at night when the mosquitos are more prevalent.
Also, if the driveway can be widened so that two cars can be side by side, that would be a plus.

Great view - beautifully laid out cottage-nice big kitchen - no neighbors ,so very quiet
We thought the cottage was overpriced, mostly because of the $177.00 "clean up fee" for a two night stay- this is ridiculous
