    We enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. Although the rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from some maintenance, it was not a major issue for us. However, I believe the management should consider upgrading the facilities in the future. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they made our visit memorable, especially the F&B team, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was during check-in. We arrived at around 11:00 AM and were informed that the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. While I completely understand the policy, I believe the hotel could be more flexible when rooms are already available. I work in the hotel industry myself, and I know that guests truly appreciate early check-in whenever possible. In our case, our rooms were ready by 12:00 noon, but the front desk still did not allow us to check in, even after we requested just one of the three rooms we had booked. Unfortunately, there was also a power outage that day, and electricity was not restored until around 4:00 PM. Considering the inconvenience, it would have been a thoughtful gesture for the hotel to offer complimentary drinks or another small token as a service recovery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and with some improvements to guest service during check-in and room maintenance, the experience would be even better.

    We enjoyed our stay in here for 2 nights together with my family. We have a good time and the location of the resort is near the beach. On our 1st night, my wife ordered the whole seabass fish with sweet and sour sauce, unfortunately, it was not fresh and we can see inside of the meat was not properly cooked, we assume it was in the freezer for a long time and was not defroze properly. Because of that incident, we try another nearby restaurants around the beach. We only eat at the hotel during breakfast since it was included in the room price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Good for families but there are a lot of good restaurants that serves good food around the area in walking distance.

    The services of staff is the best and breakfast very good. Since my family haven’t been here more than 15 years so, no idea about hotel. Love Island here and restaurants around clean beach enough for swimming and joy-full. The most terrible is the room clean daily but facility poor. For examples only one power outlet at the bed while the water cooker next to the fridge luckily I can move to power outlet. The dressing mirror no little chair to sit at all. No shelf in the toilet to put your little stuff like toothbrushes. And the tissue roll hanger was damaged. And they blocked the door locked it so no fire exit and no smoke detector in the room. I paid 2 double rooms for 60 euro per night per room for 3 nights but compared with the facility received totally not worth for money. Not recommend.
