This is a stunning, simple but modern cottage with 2 bedrooms that each have an en suite toilet cleverly connecting to a shared shower; fully equipped kitchen diner and lovely spacious sitting room. There's a small patio with gorgeous views across the garden, and parking outside. The owner thoughtfully provided some basic provisions, bread, butter, eggs, milk, etc and made contact the day we arrived. The owner has written a very useful house guide and made some good recommendations for local shops, vineyards, restaurants and attractions to visit. This cottage is perfectly located for visiting properties such as Chartwell House, Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Bateman's, Pashley Manor, Hever Castle, and Sarah Raven's Cutting Garden. The maximum distance was about 40 minutes drive time to the furthest we visited ... and there are so many more to see!

A slightly confusing set of directions had been sent by the managing company. This was noted by the owner who is checking so as to rectify. But, by checking on Google maps before arriving we navigated the error and had no trouble finding the property.
