1st the villas outside is full of blue collars that doing some construction work which effected somehow as there were noisy sounds and a lot of dust till the sunset due to that
2nd no lighting in the pool area at all

the Place is pleasant and cozy (furnished in a nice way)
cleanness is ok
pool is decent, clean and has a periodic maintenance
water flow is good
Kitchen appliances are there if you are in to Cook 👩🍳
if you are planning to go outside you will need a car, although you can get delivery’s easily
No WiFi
place is far from any modern location.
No place for waiting outside in case no one is there to hand you off your keys
the place is under construction 🚧 so you expect labor and materials outside with a bit of noise
mosquitoes 🦟be mindful to prepare for that.
