7 acre Estate in Gated Reserve Community with Access to Pools, Beach, & Trails

We rented this property primarily for the large family/gathering room, which held 30 of us comfortably, it was perfect!! The front and back grassy areas allowed us to chose the temperature of the outdoor space for all our activities. Beds were comfy, kitchen and dining spaces worked great. The multiple levels of decks were awesome for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view of Bear Lake. The private beach access worked smooth, and my family used the clubhouse/pools/courts everyday. Cyndi and Jason were great hosts that checked in with us and resolved any concerns that we had quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our family reunion of 30 people for 5 days.

Loved everything about it except the mice and the sewer, which smelled up the basement bedroom and bath terribly. I would rent it again if I could be assured of these 2 items being taken care of.

We enjoyed the amenities and beautiful views of this property but were dismayed at the cleanliness. Some of the rooms had not been cleaned at all (fingerprints on appliances and windows, crumbs on tables) and we found soiled bedding on two of the beds. There was a large broken window in the kitchen area that we had to keep children away from and we could not use the kitchen downstairs as we couldn't use the dishwasher or disposal. We had to run to Garden City for propane to grill as we could not get in touch with the hosts. We are not perfect guests - we broke a window playing ping pong - but expect to sleep in clean beds and put food in clean fridges!
