About this house rental
Welcome to The Estate at Via Las Palmas, a luxury desert oasis escape featuring a 4,500 sq. ft. home with sleeping space for 20 guests. With designer finishes throughout, resort-style amenities, ample outdoor space including an expansive private pool with waterfalls and a spa, and much more, you are sure to find this to be the perfect place for quality relaxation and fun in the sun!
The space
From the moment you arrive at The Estate at Via Las Palmas, you are welcomed into your own private oasis. Nestled on a two and a half acre parcel and tucked away behind private gates, you are greeted with sprawling green lawns and lush desert landscape. The nearby mountain ranges boast scenic views and breathtaking sunsets year around. The large paver driveway provides plenty of private parking as well as additional parking space available at the back of the property if needed.
When you enter the large custom home, you are immediately greeted by a beautifully furnished dining room with an extravagant chandelier and oversized wood dining room set that provides comfortable seating for 10 guests. All of the windows offer a clear view of the private backyard oasis with an oversized sparkling pool, two water falls, a spa, and much, much more!
In the heart of the home, you will find an open concept floor plan in kitchen, living, and dining space with ample room for cooking, seating, and entertaining guests. The gourmet kitchen was designed with the home chef in mind featuring high-end stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, basic cookware, an oversized refrigerator, a massive island, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is also a wet bar in this area with a separate sink and counter space. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and has a large front-loading Whirlpool washer and dryer available for guest use.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a daybed with trundle that can comfortably sleep four guests, and there is also a full bathroom just across the hallway with access to the backyard for your convenience.
The north wing of the home features the master suite which has been completed with designer finishes and many upgrades. The suite features a King sized bed, sitting area, and a large fireplace with a flatscreen TV. The spacious bathroom has two oversized vanities and sinks, a freestanding bath tub, a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a private commode.
The north wing also has three additional guest bedrooms: the first has two Queen beds, the second has Queen bunk beds and a daybed with trundle, the last has a Queen bed and they share two full bathrooms.
The south wing of the home features two large bedrooms both with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed. Each room has a private mirrored vanity and sink, as well as a shared jack-and-jill style bathroom with a large custom walk-in shower.
Step outdoors into the private backyard oasis which features an expansive, resort style pool with two cascading waterfalls and two fire features. The oversized spa comfortably seats 12 guests. The pool volley ball net provides for fun entertainment, and the tanning shelf has plenty of room for leisurely soaking in the pool with the option to use the built-in umbrella holders to provide shade if desired. In the evening, the pool lights have a color changing feature which set the mood for a fun atmosphere. Pool heating is also available for an additional fee if desired.
The 2,500 sq. ft. covered patio provides plenty of shade from the desert sun. There is plentiful patio seating with multiple seating area, tables and chairs throughout, as well as 6 pool lounge chairs. There is an outdoor living room complete with oversized outdoor sofa set, a large exterior fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is also a second outdoor TV at the other end of the covered patio for your convenience.
The south side of the yard features a large freestanding barbecue, bar/outdoor kitchen area complete with an overhead pergola cover and 6 bar height seats for guests. The high-end Alfresco grill, kegerator/refrigerator that fits a full size keg, and an outdoor sink make this the perfect entertainers backyard! The nearby firepit has comfortable seating for 10 guests.
On the north side of the yard is another pergola with a day bed swing. The entire backyard comes to life again at nighttime with the abundance of landscape lighting, pool lighting, and both pergola areas feature beautiful hanging lights.
In addition to all of these amenities, there is also a putting green with tee box, yard games including Jenga and corn hole, and a full size shuffleboard table.
The home features 8 flatscreen televisions (2 of which are outdoors), with Amazon or Roku streaming services. There is Wifi throughout the property as well as a Sonos sound system with multiple speaker points throughout the entire home and backyard that can be controlled manually from a smart phone.
The property owner can also provide recommendations for concierge service and catering services to make your stay even more enjoyable! If you plan to have any catering/vendor on site this does require prior approval from the owners.

We had a group of friends get together for a reunion, and it was the perfect location to host! The property is even more beautiful in person, plenty of space for everyone to make for a relaxing time! Jennifer was a great host!

We had the best time at this beautiful estate. The pictures really don’t do it justice. They had everything and I mean EVERYTHING we needed for our stay and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

The house was everything depicted - beautiful indoor space, beautiful outdoor space. We enjoyed it. We were surprised by the location, though, and shame on us for not doing more research. I’ve been to the Palm Springs area 10 times and always loved walking the area, taking runs, etc., and assumed this would be the same. It’s not. The closest neighbor is a huge power plant. There are a handful of other houses but mostly it’s empty property or, directly in the back, some kind of commercial building with construction equipment parked around. Listen, none of this affects the enjoyment of the property itself (except perhaps the neighboring dogs that we thought might be a dog fighting ring but maybe just multiple very poorly behaved dogs allowed outside), and the fence generally blocks it. But it was surprising and it meant that there was no enjoyment of the surrounding area — we basically drove to pretty areas where we could walk/run.
