Modern Farmhouse at the base of the Black Mountain range on 7+ acres. Property is in outskirts of Burnsville. Clear mountain creek runs thru property. The house is all on one level, 3/2 split bdrm floor plan. Fourth bdrm and full bath in newly constructed Modern Barnhouse with TV room, dining area overlooking the barn, pool table, darts, with spectacular views to the horse fields and creek. This farm is an absolutely perfect spot for a family getaway. When we booked I was attracted to the location - we stay on the South Toe River every summer, but when we arrived I underestimated the charm of being on a working farm. The kids loved the donkey, Nacho, in particular, but the chickens were charming as was Mrs. Betty the horse. We also absolutely loved all the natural light in the house. Even on rainy days we didnt feel stuck inside, but cosy as we watched the rain fall outside the massive windows.
