- On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a sea view, a separate toilet, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor space is organized across four levels to accommodate different atmospheres:
- A 16-square-meter terrace on stilts facing the kitchen, covered by a pergola, allows you to enjoy meals while taking in a panoramic view of the sea and the pool.
- The 35 m² L-shaped terrace surrounding the pool, with a view of the sea, is perfect for relaxing on the lounge chairs. Umbrellas provide shade, and an outdoor shower is available.
