Very pleasant and very quiet house located at 900 m from Naïades beach and 1.5 km from Soulac market, easily accessible by bike.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
The house is attached on one side, not overlooked.
The terrace adjoining the living room extends onto the wooded park.
The accommodation is located in a condominium with a swimming pool open from July 1 to August 30.
Ideal for families with children. A travel cot and a baby booster chair are at your disposal.
You will have the entire accommodation, individual with 2 private parking spaces.
The cycle path, as well as the forest walking trails, are at the foot of the property.
The house benefits from the “Classified furnished tourist accommodation” label.
Self-service ping-pong tables in the condominium.
Closed bicycle garage.
The house is away from the common areas (swimming pool, games) which allows you to enjoy total quiet.

We enjoyed our 3-weeks vacation on this house a lot. It was cozy, clean and the surroundings were also nice. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your summer vacation at the French Atlantic Ocean, you are at the right spot.

Belle maison près du centre ville et de la mer. Nous avons apprécié, mais un peu déçus car la piscine n’était pas ouverte.
