The town center of Mauterndorf is easily reachable on foot.
Winter sports enthusiasts will find everything they need in this region. Just a few minutes away is the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area – a family-friendly ski resort with a variety of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. The Katschberg-Aineck ski area is also easily accessible. The ski bus stop is located only about 100 meters from the accommodation.

Mauterndorf is situated in sunny Lungau and offers ideal conditions for active vacation days in the summer. The surrounding mountain landscape invites hiking and biking tours, while golfers can enjoy their time at the Lungau Golf Club.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
