1 - This completely renovated house, approximately 120 square meters in size, is located in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried in the Harz Mountains, about 5 km from Bad Sachsa. A bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, the train station, and a swimming pond (800 m) are all within walking distance.
It can accommodate up to 8 people. Spread over 3 floors, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us. The vacation home is a semi-detached house with a large fenced-in yard and a separate entrance.
The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. There is ample parking available on the property.
The entrance to the vacation home is located in the basement. The large entryway features a coat closet, a small workspace, and an infrared sauna.
An open wooden staircase leads to the main first floor—here you’ll find a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom with a washing machine, and a bedroom with two single beds.
On the upper floor, you’ll find the other two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and the two bathrooms. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The second bathroom is a shower room.
The covered terrace is accessible from the entryway and borders the fully fenced-in garden. The fence is approximately 125 cm high.
