Apartment 'Calypso' with Sea View & Wi-Fi

Pros: The location is great, the apartment is clean and tidy and perfect for 1 person or a couple. At night it’s quiet so I slept really well. The beach is literally a five minute walk and the shops are the same. Cons: The heat! The ceiling fan tried its best but the apartment was very, very hot this year. I think an air-con option might be better.

Pros: The studio was very clean, well equipped with good quality fittings and had all I required for a comfortable two weeks holiday . The cupboards and drawers contained many useful items but there was still adequate storage space for my own belongings. The location is very convenient for many shops, supermarkets , cafes, bars and restaurants and the nearest beach is only a few minutes walk via an underpass. Bus stops are close for those without a car but it is necessary to cross a very busy dual carriageway by a footbridge for either the outward or return journey depending on direction of travel. Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the studio, it was perfect for my requirements. The only thing I would like to mention is that people above average build may find the shower cubicle rather restrictive. The shower itself is excellent but the cubicle is rather small. This is not a criticism of the studio in general and I quite understand the reason for it. There is simply not the space available for a larger one. It was not a problem for me.
