55 km south of Turku, Archipelago / Peimari (width 1 km) 200 m, beach, pier and rowing boat in shared use. Beach is shallow and deep gravel and clay bottom. The rowing boat is raised at the end of October, depending on the weather conditions. Wooden house built in 1989, renovated 2016, kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds (downstairs), sauna, washroom (2 showers), toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two beds, in addition, one bedroom with four beds (40 square meters). Toilet also upstairs. Terrace (90 sqm). The house has no fireplace. Air source heat pump. Gas grill. There is a wood fired hot tub for an additional fee including firewood. Hot tub heated by customers themselves. Hot tub should be booked at least week before the beginning of the reservation. If you want to book a hot tub, please choose the hot tub additional service, thank you. Separate lakeside sauna (cannot be used in Winter months), which shared with three of the other rental cottages. Lakeside sauna is included in the price, but it has to be reserved on the spot and also must be heated by the customer. In general, a sauna is not very booked, but take into account that the other tenants may use the beach and the pier eg. for boat landing or angling. The resort has good fishing opportunities, but please note that net fishing is not possible. An electric car charging point (Type 2), charging power 5,5 kW, is available for an additional fee. Activation of the charging point is booked and paid when booking. The price of charging electricity is 30 cents/kWh, payment directly to the owner on the spot. Note. final cleaning is included in the price of the accommodation. It covers basic cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, wiping the surfaces). Te final cleaning does not cover dish-washing, returning table and cookware to their original place or garbage removal. Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point. Note! During 1.6. - 31.8. annually booking start date cannot be Saturday. If the customer accidentally books from Saturday, contacts our sales service and suggests another changeover day. In the summer season June-August, reservations start at 18.00 and end at 12.00. At other times resrvations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00. Midsummer starting date is 20.6. In this this property the number of people (max 10 people) cannot be even temporarily exceeded. Also according to Lomarengas booking conditions, the number of people in the destinations must not be exceeded.
