Spacious, clean, newly remodeled with beautiful kitchen, soft close cabinets and all new LG appliances, wall oven. Open concept allowing enjoyable times. Patio cozy with outdoor TV. Bike available for use. 65 in Samsung Smart TV, 60 inch TV downstairs Master bedroom , beautiful master bathroom with large walk in closet. 2nd floor open family room great for kids/ young adults . 3 bedrooms with 40 inch televisions along with Firestick, Roku and Flex(similar to Firestick). Full bathroom with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops. 2car garage available. Great suburban neighborhood, quiet. Many restaurants and shops. Minutes from Katy Mills Mall.

Had a wonderful stay for a long weekend while in town for family highschool graduation event. House was immaculate, furnishings were comfortable, and neighborhood was super quiet despite being graduation weekend. Loved the small touches with complimentary water/snacks, would recommend the house to anyone.

Two teens, a family with 3 year old twins and 3 other adults shared this space and screens with comfy ease. Its not extravagant and the common areas are not large but the rooms are comfy quiet. There are lots of options for individual spaces and tv viewing areas. The the house was very clean and the location was quiet and convenient to Katy.
