About this house rental
After a long day of exploring, our cabin is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, smart tv, open concept living and dining area, and a spacious loft, the whole family can spread out and feel right at home. It's the perfect place to cozy up with a warm drink and stargaze, chill out in the hammock chairs, or have a cookout on the back deck.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms consist of a super comfy California King Bed in one room, and a memory foam Queen Bed in the other. These bedrooms have access to a full bathroom.
In the upstairs loft you will find 2 full size memory foam beds, a full bathroom and a work station.
Our back deck overlooks a grove of pine trees and gives you a sense of seclusion. It's the perfect place to chill with a drink in our hammock chairs and an amazing vantage point for stargazing. If you sit still and wait, you'll see the neighborhood deer pass by along with the turkeys and other local birds. And if you're lucky enough you'll see the rare albino deer.
There is a large gravel driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars, please be sure to pull all the way into the driveway to avoid blocking the street.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, puzzles and more.
Parking:
Guests are required to check in at the Pine Mountain Lake Front gate for their guest access card. This will allow you to enter the security gates to our home. There is a $42 per car fee that is good for 7 consecutive days. The gate card must be returned back to the front gate after check out to avoid an additional $25 fee.

The stay at the cozy green cabin at groveland while visiting Yosemite National Park was incredible! This "hidden gem" provided a perfect cozy base for exploring the park. The experience was exceptional. The cabin was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, a welcome luxury after a day of hiking. The full kitchen amenities, including the stove, fridge, and ample counter space, made preparing meals easy. The location was ideal – a short, drive to the Yosemite entrance and close to nearby towns for supplies. The quiet, wooded setting provided an opportunity to relax on the deck. The cozy cabin is recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional Yosemite experience. The trip was memorable.

The home was clean and cozy and suited our needs perfectly. The hosts were most gracious with accommodating our needs. They were super responsive and kind. 5 stars! This is our new go to in Groveland!

Feels newly updated and clean. Comfortable for 3 couples, 2 with kids. Nice deck with view, turkeys and deer came by.Paying the hoa fee and dealing with that seemed excessive.

Look no further if you want a stylish, updated, cozy cabin in Pine Mountain Lake or as a jumping off point to explore Yosemite. By far the best VRBO I've stayed in (and I've stayed in lots and I'm very picky/particular). The cabin was super clean, very nicely decorated, had everything we needed, great location (a few minutes from the lake/marina and 1.5 hours to the heart of Yosemite Valley) and the host were super responsive and helpful. They answered a bunch of questions for me before I booked and gave me tons of local recommendations. They have a digital property guide with directions and photos to operate everything in the house which is really helpful, along with tons of local recommendations and Yosemite suggestions. Really comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels. Kitchen was well stocked (though we ate out for most meals). Deck is peaceful and faces a grove of pine trees - love the hammocks. We came for the weekend so we could explore Yosemite on Saturday. Really easy day trip from Groveland into the park. The cabin even had some Yosemite maps. books and art/decor which was nice. Thoughtful owners even had a basket of items in the closet for things you may have forgotten like a toothbrush, etc, plus a first aid kit, games and puzzles. Literally everything was perfect and owners have done a wonderful job updating the cabin and making it the perfect rental. You won't be disappointed - especially considering most of the cabins and hotels up there are pretty dated. Groveland is a cute little town with yummy restaurants (loved the Around the Horn Brewery) and best homemade ice cream we've ever had (Grove Mercantile). We will absolutely be back to this Cozy Green Cabin during the summer months to enjoy Pine Mountain Lake and all the amenities that come along with this awesome rental! Thank you for hosting us - your place helped made my birthday/mothers day weekend totally perfect :)
