Welcome to our family cabin on Turtle Lake! Recently updated! This cabin is perfect for a getaway with the family or with some close friends!
Prime location on one of the best fishing lakes in the area!
No Pets! Neighbors have dogs. This isn’t a good fit if you have animals. :)
If you want to bring your own boat, the boat launch is only a 1/2 a mile away. Located a few miles from Buena Vista Ski Resort and a short 10 min drive to downtown Bemidji!
The space
This is a one bedroom and loft. 3/4 Bath on the main floor and half bath upstairs. Lots of living space. Living Room, 4 season porch and deck!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super cute cabin. Our kids loved the loft area with the toys, the beach and the wildlife (we had a swan family visit daily). It's in a nice location relative to town and the whole lake chain is beautiful. Check in was super smooth and the host is very responsive to questions and helpful. The kitchen is cozy but it works and the enclosed porch was a nice place to unwind after the kids went to bed. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area with children.

Absolutely perfect stay on Big Turtle Lake. The cabin was cozy and modern, exactly as it says. We brought a small fishing boat and the dock was fabulous. It was a hot couple of days and the air conditioning worked so well. And the beds were so comfortable! I never expect to sleep well away from home but I actually slept better than at home. We grilled and enjoyed the deck. It was ideal! Our grandpa lived on Big Turtle Lake and it was really special to be back at one of my favorite places in the world. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Had a wonderful time. Kids loved the lily pad and the paddle boat. The weather was rainy and chilly a couple of days, but the cabin was well stocked with games and activities. The space was a little cramped for 5 of us, but we made it work. Vanessa was very helpful and responded to our questions immediately.
