About this house rental
Incredible views of the water will take your breath away at this executive home located in South Rustico. Cymbria Beach House is just a 3 minute drive away from the red sand Barachois Beach where you can walk for miles and enjoy the North Shore. After a full day of exploring the island, enjoy the hot tub on the back deck which overlooks the large yard and country setting.
Inside the home, you are greeted the newly updated flooring and finishes. To the right of the foyer is the first bedroom that features bunkbeds. There is also a half bathroom next door.
Within the open concept great room, there are many windows to let in sunlight and views of the water. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with anything you should need to make meals at home. There is seating at the island for 4, and seating for 6 at the table. The cozy living room features a Smart TV to stream shows on, and a fireplace. This main area has a heat pump which has A/C, or enjoy fresh air by opening up the glass french doors which leads to the back patio and hot tub area. There is also an additional seating and office area adjacent to the kitchen.
Down the hallway is bedroom two with a queen bed, and bedroom three with 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo next door, along with the laundry room. The primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows to let in the breathtaking views, vaulted ceilings, along with a king size bed and patio doors which open up to the front yard. There is also a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.
For days that you are not wanting to spend at home, just up the road is Rustico Resort Golf & Tennis Club. Only 5 minutes away is North Rustico where all amenities are located, along with incredible restaurants including the famous Blue Mussel Cafe. 25 minutes away is Charlottetown, and Cavendish is 15 minutes away.

Overall very pleasant house. In the country side with beautiful surroundings. Very clean. One bedroom has only bunk beds and really meant for children. Other bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Living space excellent. Few small issues: no booklet explaining what you need to know about the property eg How to use dishwasher and laundry. Wifi password was wrong at vrbo website. Quickly fixed. Kitchen had no towels, only paper ones. There were sponges for dish cleaning but we needed to look through entire house to find those. No abrasive cleaners for our pots and pans that we could find. Be aware that you need to bring your own shampoo and soap for showers. No salt. The property is taken care of by a management company so no real personal touch. I think they do their best but I don’t think they really foresee all the needs of travellers staying the relatively short visits. Bottom line is that I would go back again to this property.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 toddlers, well equipped and in a perfect location - close to many beaches and attractions. It was extremely clean when we arrived as well as a welcome card and goodies.

We stayed at this lovely home for a family vacation. We have familial ties to the area, so it was especially nice to be able to stay in this location. The house was beautiful and easily accomodated our group. The hosts were very welcoming and we were more than comfortable during our stay. The house was well equiped and very spacious. We loved sitting on the front porch looking at the water, watching the horses on a nearby farm, and taking in beautiful sunrises. It was a very private property. We were able to enjoy the hot tub on multiple occasions. The host/property manager was reachable and answered any questions we had. The proximity to North Rustico is fabulous, and it was easy accessible from other parts of the island. We'd happily return to this location and would recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Endroit propre et tranquille, idéal pour les grandes familles avec enfants de tous les âges. Communication très rapides et efficaces avec les hôtes. À proximité de plusieurs belles plages, sentiers et une panoplies d’activités. Un 5 étoiles!
