Quite possibly the best vacation rental I've stayed at in the last 20 years. The house was immaculate and fully furnished, with the latter being what set it apart. So many times I've stayed at rentals where the cutlery, linens, etc. were all a mish mash that felt like a bargain buy from a rummage sale; not so here. Everything we could possibly need was there, was in great working order, and was easy to find. On top of this was a pantry fully stocked with necessities like extra paper towels and spare batteries; we didn't want for anything. Put another way, it's clear that the owner has put a lot of genuine thought into making this a superb rental with no equal. Pair all of this with great customer service and easy access to all of Coeur d-Alene and the surrounding areas, and it makes for a stay that's really hard to top.

Great property! We could get to downtown CDA in roughly 5 minutes. Easy to get to biking and hiking and the best restaurants. Home feels new with nice finishes and was super clean and well equipped. It sits in a gated community that was very chill. Highly recommend giving this home a try.

We really enjoyed the property. Very nice place. Easy to get to. Not far at from downtown. Easy walk to the river also. Well stocked place as well. We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it! We went to Silverwood which was only 30 minutes away. The downtown area was 15 minutes away and stores were easily accessible. All of the necessities such as towels, kitchen tools, cooking items & laundry were stocked and much more. We are grateful to have stayed here and it was easy to communicate with Sean. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the river and a charming coffee shop with lovely outdoor seating. The host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond, which made everything even smoother. While there was some road traffic noise at times, we were out exploring most of the day and so tired by evening that it didn’t bother us at all! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Everything in the house was excellent. We did not end up making any food in the kitchen but it would have had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. The house is in a small, gated community with similar houses. The only issue with the property is the location. It is sandwiched between a very busy road and a busy highway. The traffic noise is very loud and constant. It backs up to a gas station that is mostly hidden by fencing and landscaping, but it is a reminder that you are not really in a residential area. We did not utilize the outdoor patio due to the noise and location.

We really enjoyed this home. We took our three kids to Silverwoood for two days and we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to pull up to this home every night of our three night stay. The home is decorated very nice and well appointed. It was stocked well and was very clean! If we ever need to stay in CDA we’ll be back!

As a family of 5 we usually use VRBO over hotels. There are so many places that look great pics but then leave you disappointed in person. This house was fantastic. Very clean. Furniture, beds, bedding, etc were all high quality and very comfortable. The showers had toiletries and everything was stocked so you felt at home. This host has really gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and things this property had that we didn’t even know we needed. Kitchen had every cooking item and utensil we wanted. Fireplace made it a cozy place to sit at night and the table worked well for meals and afternoon games. Hoping to stay again in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I mean spotless… it even smelled new and clean when you first walked in. My husband and I loved all the decor, and felt it was beautifully decorated. The house was stocked with anything you could need or want including most everything you may have forgotten to bring. I was so impressed at the quality of items in the home, even down to the hand soaps in the bathrooms. We had no problems with the check in process, and the communication was very clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues whatsoever the entire time. Being next to the road didn’t bother us, and road noise was minimal we felt. It was so close to downtown CDA and we could easily get to coffee, restaurants and stores in under 5 minutes. Plus, it was conveniently located next to a Chevron and mini mart which we used several times. We have nothing bad to say AT ALL, and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone in the area and will stay again the next time we are in the beautiful city of CDA!
