Second time at this unit. A few things, the bathtub is gross looking, thank God I only shower. This should be addressed. The kitchenette could use a dish drainer. The front entrance could use a railing and the tree to left of the front door could be trimmed back.. Everything else was fine--nice and clean and a lovely layout.

Unit is very comfortable and clean. Property manager responded immediately to an issue. Grounds are well kept, with patio furniture available for outdoor meals. Pool is great. Street is very quiet.
To me, location is everything and this is in a great spot. Very quiet street, just a couple of blocks off the beach, a block or two to all of the restaurants (and ice cream shops!), and an easy 3 block walk to Publix.

What you see is what you get, no surprises. Great, clean unit. Love the funky chandelier! Grounds and pool well maintained. Host was so accommodating. And, the location couldn’t be better. Definitely would stay here again. We loved it.
