This 4th floor, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and views of the beach and bay.

An open living, dining and kitchen area provides you and your guests with the perfect space for meals and entertainment. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishware and features stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen, you and your guests have access to a private balcony that provides side views of the beach and the tropical resort pool. Rest peacefully in your master bedroom outfitted with a sumptuous king-sized bed. A private master bath features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and an oversized jetted bathtub. Additional guests have the choice between the second bedroom, equipped with two queen-sized beds and a flat-screen TV, or the third bedroom with two twin size beds. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer, electric BBQ grill, and WiFI.

Take a dip in the pristine Sapphire Resort pool, go for a long stroll on the beach, eat at one of the many ocean or bay front dining restaurants, or shop at local businesses on South Padre Island! Your ultimate beach resort experience begins at Sapphire!

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
