Beautifull Villa Grace Felice is the kind of house you need fo vacation. Villa is located in a small village Valbandon (Fasana) in dead end street which makes it quiet and comfortsble for the relaxation. The Villa contains three separated appartments that have one mutual terace and pool but every appartment has it's own terace as well.
This kind of house perfectly suits multiple families thatare on vacation together, they can all hang around near the pool, terace etc. but also have their private living rooms, bedroom, bathroom and other. In addition to all of the above there is a mutual grill.
In the spacious garden there is a pool which is 8 meters long, 3,7 meters wide and it's depth is 1,5 meetrs. The poll features it's lightning, roman entranceand comfortable deckchairs around it.
Garden is completely closed so there is no worry for children to go out on the road. In the garden there are also 3 parking spots for cars.

We had a great time in this lovely house with super swimmingpool.
The owners are very kind and very helpful. The house is has three seperate entrees to your own little private room. The swimmingpool is cleaned and the exterior shower at the pool is perfect.
The surrounding is calm and just some neighbors. In a few minutes you are close to the beach or supermarket. Perfect place to visit all the nice towns and beaches
