Beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath large home in quiet neighborhood in North Boulder. Easy access to Denver & Fort Collins. Sparkling clean, updated kitchen, all brand new bathrooms, gorgeous decor. Beautiful, large, private fenced backyard with deck, with BBQ that looks out to open space. FYI: Boulder zoning regulations limit us to rent to a maximum of three individuals who are unrelated to each other. Families have no such limitation on renting. We give you this information upfront to avoid inconveniencing both you and us, and we thank you for your understanding.
