About this house rental
In the picturesque Mesnil Val district of Criel-sur-Mer, we offer this charming house for rent, with a sea view and access to the beach less than 100 meters away. With a surface area of 180 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden with terrace. We're waiting for you!

- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo filter and pod coffee makers...

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Open-plan TV lounge
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) and a desk
- Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom
Basement:
- A garage equipped with a large-capacity freezer and the possibility of parking a vehicle
Exterior:
- A beautiful fenced and gated garden of approx. 300 m² that benefits from all exposures
- A 20 m² south- and west-facing terrace on level 1 of the house, where you can enjoy sunny days with sea views
- A parking space for 1 vehicle on the property
