About this apartment rental
Oceanfront studio in one of a kind boutique condominium, on world famous Kaanapali Beach. Wake up to a breathtaking oceanview, take it all in from spacious lanai, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night
Located on the top 10th floor with close touch to ocean breeze and fantastic views, easy access to world-class beaches, restaurants, shopping and golfing
All taxes and fees are included in VRBO final booking price, free parking onsite, no hidden fees
***LOCATION***
This building is about as oceanfront as it gets! Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when open your window. Everyday people gather around the seawall to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from private lanai
The condo is located on Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches Maui has to offer and about 10 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. Stepping outside of the building and you will get onto sandy beaches.
Condo is right next to all the large resorts where you can get easy access to resort amenities. 5 mins drive to other WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Napili, and Kapalua. Short walking-distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and water gear shops

Penthouse unit with fantastic oceanview, smoke-free environment, super comfy King-size bed and the room comes equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing island vacation including:
* Water gear: beach totes, snorkeling masks & fins, swimming goggles, beach chairs, umbrella, ice box
* High-power binoculars
* Smart home audio for music streaming, smart TV, and fast internet WIFIin case you need to get some business done
* Kitchen and bathroom essentials
* Air-conditioning

Maui is a tropical island and does tend to have bugs and ants during certain times of the year. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures
This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, such as daily change of sheets/towels. If you are more used to that type of lodging, please choose resorts over my place.
Otherwise, you'll love everything about what Maui and my home have to offer.

Roger’s communication was fantastic and the description accurate. However—one thing was left out and I’m glad that it was because we probably wouldn’t have been able to secure the rental due to demand. When my partner and I first arrived and both looked over the balcony were gobsmacked to see not one, not two, but six massive sea turtles floating in the water directly below us . The water was crystal clear, and there was only one instance during our entire stay where we went outside and *didn’t* see one (and we were out there a LOT). Between that and stargazing with the enormous binoculars that Roger kindly provided, it truly felt like an escape from anything we’ve experienced on the mainland. Thanks so much for sharing your home, Roger!

The views are spectacular! Pictures don’t do it justice. Saw whales the 1st two nights. Easy access to the beach and not far of a drive from Lahaina. Great snorkeling opportunities. Saw lots of fish and turtles. Lots of space for two people but could easily have more. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.
