Yard was weeds so I don’t know how he can be dog / cat friendly. The overall stay inside was cute. Satisfied the reason I needed 4bedrooms and 2 baths. The biggest challenge was the 12 steps to get into the front door. Would not have stayed if it was shown or posted. We had 3 in our group with disabilities that had issues with the climb up or down. So luggage And groceries were a struggle. Definitely not ADA accessible.
The view shown in the add is a few years old. Shrubs and trees are in line with the bridge so sunsets and views are a little obscured. The porch is a great place to sit but he doesn’t have any outside furniture. Luckily we had our own beach chairs to enjoy the view from the porch for the ladies and girls stayed home while our guys went to the races in Sonoma.
As for our host he’s good and greets you at the door. Wish he had a guest book with all the information he rattled off. I felt uneasy to consistently texting him for information but he was right there when needed.
I wish him the best but hope that before anyone rents they ask for a view from the street.

The host was so above-and-beyond-accommodating to us 7 very needy group of women. The place was clean and freshly renovated with modern and beautiful touches. Would recommend to anyone!
