A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. The amount is $1,000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ One dog only
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

The chalet was nice inside and had great shared space for a group. However, the listing made it seem like the lake was swimmable and it definetely is not (leeches and sinking mud, not deep even in the middle of the lake), and the yard had alot of weeds which made it tough for us during allergy season

Despite cool weather we enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty to do for a group of 8: kayaking, hot tub, sauna and evening use of the fire pit.
