Just off the living area is the first master bedroom with ensuite bathroom whilst a beautiful staircase leads up to the second master bedrooms.
Large patio doors provide ample sunlight and the cool breeze to enter the room and allow direct access out onto the veranda and private pool area.
The outdoor areas are equally well designed and elegantly furnished. A private swimming pool takes center stage complete with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool a BBQ area with outdoor table setting and chairs and stand alone gas light BBQ set under a beautiful wooden pergola all surrounded by lovely lush green shrubs that complement the natural landscape setting.

As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.
Owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect from their guests the Climate Resilience Tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:
€10.00 per night on stays between March 1 and October 31, &
€4.00 per night on stays between November 1 and February 28/29.
The relevant Climate Resilience Tax is to be paid at the property IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
All owners are then obliged to remit these monies on your behalf to government authorities.
Under no circumstances is this relative to the accommodation rental charges.

This was an amazing stay. Papadria Villas an absolute great place to spend your vacation. The property is beautiful, relaxing, comfortable and super clean. The host Thalia is an amazing person and she made our stay a pleasant experience. This place is just wonderful.

I don't normally write reviews but this experience was so good we just had to share a glowing review.
The location is perfect. Tsoukalades village is adorable. There's a couple of markets, cafes and a few restaurants that are absolutely amazing and well priced. The road that it's on leads east right into Lefkada Town (a 10 minute drive), and west along the coast to where all the.best beaches are.
The property is magnificent. We are a family of four. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect; everyone could spread out and you never had to wait to use the washroom or shower. The pool was amazing! Very private and quiet. The house was spotless. You have everything you need. We immediately felt at home from the moment we arrived.
The host was awesome. Thalia greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed.and was always a quick text message away if we needed anything else.
During our visit we drove all around the island. We visited many villages and towns like Vasiliki, Nidri, etc. and all we kept saying was "We picked the perfect place to stay!"
Whenever we come back to Lefkada we will 10,000% stay here again.

Just perfect, once again!!!
After our first visit at the beginning of the year we decided to return with our friends! We booked all three villas this time. The complex / resort is perfect for a group holiday where you want to be together but also have the privacy you need when you need it!! Each of the villas had ample space for getting together for BBQ dinners and quiet corners for a little alone time!
The location is brilliant too, 5 minutes from the Lefkada town and a short drive from all those increadible beaches. Being just on the outskirts of Tsoukakades village made it super easy to walk to the local tavern when too lazy to move around with cars. The staff were very attentive and of great help, the villas were absolutely spotless!
Thanks for looking after all of us this time!

We have had a great stay! The villa is lovely and the area is great. The welcoming and contact throughout the week was very warm. Replies to our questions were given swiftly. No doubt; we would highly recommend staying here!!
