About this house rental

Six bedroom home with large pool and deck. Set up exclusively as a short term rental. Garage has been converted to Ping Pong room with air hockey and a card table. Near Grandover Resort and I-85 I-40 interchange. House remodeled in 2022. Pool renovated in 2023 No cumbersome check out rules. Our team has it and all you need to do is depart.

Quiet, safe neighborhood near Grandover Resort. Not in the heart of Greensboro's busy areas. It is 10.1 miles to downtown. 8.6 miles to the Greensboro Coliseum.

Perfect for kids and a family weekend.

My family and I had to travel to Greensboro for a funeral and this accommodation fit our needs. I would rate this place a 10 out 10 and would love to stay again!

We came down to Greensboro for a Y National Swim Meet for a few days. We had 2 families and the coach and we decided it would be best to get a house to all stay in so we could be together, cook meals and give the kids space to play/relax. This house was perfect for that, enough bedrooms / bath for each family to be comfortable as well as plenty of space. Close to major raodways, dining and recreation. Definitely recommend
