About this house rental
This listing includes the main house (Inn) with a total of 7 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have queen beds, and two have sofa beds. All bedrooms are master suites with private en suite bathrooms and bath tubs. Some are oversize bath tubs, some are jetted tubs, and some are antique claw foot tubs. Several rooms have lounge chairs and fire places in room.
You have access to a shared living room with fireplace, separate sun/living room, and dining room, with medium-sized fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. You also have private access to large dining/event room (seating for 20+) with gas fireplace and 75" TV, and adjacent bar.
The Red Clover Inn Restaurant is closed to the public. It is available for private catering for you and your guests (for an additional fee).

Shared outdoor hot tub on property. We invite our guests to enjoy our outdoor hot tub as a relaxing amenity during their stay. However, please note that the hot tub operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee a consistent temperature at all times. Guests frequently adjust the settings, and external factors such as weather conditions can impact the water temperature.
What one guest may find perfectly comfortable, another may consider unusable. While we strive to maintain the hot tub for enjoyment, access and optimal conditions cannot be guaranteed. By choosing to stay with us, you acknowledge that the Red Clover Inn is not responsible for temperature fluctuations or availability due to guest usage or weather-related factors. You will not seek an any partial refund for usability of the hot tub.
*****PLEASE NOTE: A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED*****
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a refundable security deposit of $2,500 for the 7-bedroom Main House. A hold will be placed 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out. We reserve the right to withhold the Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining/damage to linens, towels, rugs, or furniture. Lost or unreturned keys constitute damages and will incur a $180 replacement and administrative charge. Lock-outs are $150. If expenses and/or damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest shall be required to pay additional fees to restore our property to its pre-rental condition within ten (10) days of your receipt of additional billing.
PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, some of our rooms can accommodate a max of two non-aggressive-breed dogs for an extra $75 dollars per day up to $150/dog/stay fee to cover wear and tear only in our Farmhouse and King Carriage House Suites. Pet is NOT allowed in the MAIN INN.
The pet fee does not cover damage done by the dog. Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture (please bring a dog bed for convenience). Dogs must be crated if left home alone and we highly recommend they be leashed when outside. Our proximity to the woods allows for the possibility of wild animals nearby. Please be courteous of other guests and pick up after your dog. No cats allowed. Please have your pet vaccination papers sent to us before arrival.
