This house with a garden, which sleeps 6 people, is the perfect place for a pleasant stay as a couple, with family, or with friends.

A renovated 90 m² home with all the comforts to make you feel right at home.
Independent access via a digital keypad.
Fully equipped terrace.
Private 200 m² garden with direct access to the banks of the Meuse River (secure gate).
2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, with storage furniture.
1 living room upstairs equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed, without storage furniture.
1 living area on the first floor.
1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet on the first floor.
1 shower room upstairs, with a toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Washing machine, dishwasher, and smart TV
Free parking in the village (less than 300 meters away)
Guest access: Entire place to yourself!
To help us prepare the bedding, please plan the room assignments based on 2 people per room (1 person alone in a room counts as a double occupancy).
Additional notes:
For safety reasons, the upstairs windows are equipped with window restrictors.
The gate leading to the shore is 1.50 meters high and is equipped with a lock to ensure children’s safety.
Adult guests agree to keep this gate closed.
Children must remain under adult supervision!
We ask that you do not wear shoes upstairs to avoid damaging the hardwood floors.
We accept vacation checks with prior notice.

Très bien rénovée, la maison est très agréable et parfaitement équipée, le jardin avec la Meuse au bout est une merveille. L'accueil est impeccable et Slimane aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement comme chez soi !

Propriétaire très disponible et très sympathique. Une très belle maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et sa situation.

Idéalement située pour visiter la région à vélo !
En bord de Meuse, préparer vous à entendre les oiseaux changer du matin au soir.
Rien ne manque dans l'habitation,fraichelent rénovée !
