First time staying at Playa Carmen at this location the negative side of it was I wasn’t told I had to turn on the gas. There was no water pressure at all. Water was just dripping out of the faucet even the shower, unable to take a shower and one of the rooms had ants covering the whole bed other than that the apartment was in great shape. The owner did not advise me on turning the gas or the water heater on. We had no hot water and the water heater did not seem to work. We tried to turn it on. It did not come on when we called the owner. He never came or sent anyone to turn it on unfortunately, our stay there was very short. and one more thing, they forgot to mention the apartment was on the third floor if I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t of gotten it..
