Villa Kokalis Resort

Voor 1 nacht geboekt in deze villa. Met de auto naar Gouves, na het dorp nog 1 km door en daar staat rechts Villa Kokalis. De auto makkelijk kunnen parkeren voor de deur. Ontvangst door Eva(Eigenaresse van de Villa), wat een spontane en gezellige vrouw. Er werd nadrukkelijk gezegd: “Als er wat is, laat het weten”, alles wordt gedaan om het voor mij een zo goed mogelijke beleving te laten zijn. Er werd gevraagd of ik ’s-morgens een ontbijt wilde(is namelijk niet inclusief) er werd zelfs gevraagd of ze voor mij moest koken. Dit heb ik afgeslagen, misschien een andere keer. Fijne en mooie schone kamer met groot terras met uitzicht op zee. Op de kamer een kleine koelkast waar ik mijn drinken lekker koel kon houden, zelfs een koffieapparaat en een waterkoker. Zwembad aanwezig in een rustige en mooie tuin. Zon en schaduw zijn hier allebei te vinden. Heerlijke plek. 1 nacht is eigenlijk te kort om hier echt te kunnen genieten. 3 dagen had beter geweest om tot rust te komen. Op ca. 1 km lopen zag ik 3 restaurants in het dorp, bij Pame Plateia heerlijk gegeten. Taverna Spyros heeft zelfs live-muziek op maandag, woensdag en zaterdag. De villa is echt een aanrader om tot rust te komen. Had het geluk om hier alleen te zijn, kortom lekker rustig bij het zwembad. Als er meer zouden zijn totaal niet erg, want er zijn ligbedjes genoeg. Een plek om te onthouden.

The location is superb everything is very close by there is a water park within 8km named water city and water park along with the water park there was a golf course within the same distance (8km) in the town named Hersonisos. Hersonisos is a very popular and well set out town with a lot of ways of entertainment. Close by the house are a lot of small and nice looking taverns with food for anytime of the day whether that is breakfast lunch dinner. The view was amazing as well as the hospitality also the villa was in excellent condition everything exceeded my expectations. Also near by the villa there was an aquarium which we got to visit due to the ideal location of the villa along with the aquarium (which is one of the biggest and greatest aquariums within the Mediterranean Sea) there was a historical like museum with historical facts about dinosaurs, having said that near the house was a town called Hersonisos which had a lot of small and fun activities as I had mentioned before. Additionally the house garden and the whole building where wonderful. Prices where fair and everything had exceeded my expectations. Lastly I would like to add that the owners where exceptional and very friendly.

To my knowledge I was very satisfied with the whole experience the villa was in an exceptional location that was ideal and everything was great I don’t think that anything needs to be changed. If anything I think we will go back next year for sure.

The location of the house is really perfect. The hostess mrs. Eva is great, sweet and caring. The photos on the site give a good representation of the actual house, nothing will be under your expectations. The house is clean and tight. The contact with mr. Vasilis is good and he is very understandable. Mrs Eva takes out the trash every day and makes sure everyone can enjoy a nice and lovely holiday! Thanks to mrs. Eva and of course her lovely husband mr. Antonius!

However, there was a minus: we paid around € 7,000 for 8 nights with his tens. This is quite pricey and for this amount we hoped to have a warm shower. Unfortunately the shower was cold after 3 showers. This means that every day 7 people had to shower cold. There was an alternative to get the water warm, but that could potentially be dangerous after 20 minutes. We have therefore not tried this. The boiler can certainly be heated more by more solar panels. I certainly think that this still deserves the necessary attention.
