Brand new to the rental market, this adorable pet friendly (one pet permitted) condo has an unbeatable view. Soak in the ocean breeze and salt air on the screened porch with your favorite beverage. This spectacular view never gets old and is the perfect spot for the gorgeous Harbor Island sunsets. Hunting Island State Park pass included with the rental!
The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to feel at home while at the beach. You will enjoy cooking with all new appliances.
Bedroom features new queen mattress (05/24) and ensuite bathroom.
Relax with a good book or watch your favorite movie in the comfortable recliners or sofa. Perfect for couples!
Renters must 25 years or older to rent the property.
Harbor Island offers activities for the whole family. You can swim in the uncrowded pool or ocean, play tennis or sand volleyball at the club house. Fish in the surf or charter a boat and fishing guide at nearby marinas. Try your hand at crabbing. Take nature walks and watch the seabirds on the beach or see hundreds of nesting egrets and herons, as a lonely alligator lies silently in a green lagoon. Many guests enjoy day trips to nearby Beaufort (15 miles) for boutique shopping, gallery hopping, and delicious food. Treat yourself to a carriage ride through the historic district where stately southern homes share space with grand old live oaks dripping Spanish moss from their limbs. If you like golf, you can play at one of the many beautiful courses in the surrounding area.
*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.
*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
Pet fee is $200 per stay.

Location and condo were perfect for the two of us. However, we did not cook meals.

This was our first trip to Harbor Island…. It’s did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place that you and your family can relax, just rest, and enjoy each others company you have found a paradise spot with Harbor Island. Afternoon sunsets are the best!!!!!

The condo unit could use some updates with new furnishing. We used the fold out sofa and it needed cleaning. It would have also been nice to have higher seating on balcony to enjoy the view. Also fan on bacony does not work. We had four people in our group and could have used more towels and washcloths. Also, only one washing machine was working and the elevator was hit and miss.
